A linear programming code for PC's and for UNIX machines

The demo comes with the Educational/demo version of the optimizer, JANUS (the spreadsheet utility which can be used to setup and report on a linear programming problem), and a 'looping' batch file which demonstrates how Janus, the optimizer, and Lotus 123 work together. Lotus 123 release 2.01/DOS is included with the demo, for exposition only. The user is expected to purchase a spreadsheet software package. JANUS requires that you save in .wk1 format which is LOTUS 123 Version 1 format, all spreadsheets accept and can output .wk1 format.
